Aging with Dignity

Comprehensive support programs helping Georgetown's older adults maintain independence, health, and connection to community.

Medical Transportation

Door-to-door transportation services for seniors to medical appointments, dialysis, therapy sessions, and pharmacy visits. No senior should miss critical healthcare due to lack of transportation.

Meals & Nutrition

Home-delivered meals for homebound seniors and congregate meal programs at senior centers. Nutritious meals that address dietary restrictions and promote health.

Caregiver Support

Resources and respite care for family caregivers, including support groups, training, and temporary relief services so caregivers can take necessary breaks.

Home Modification & Safety

Grants for home safety modifications like grab bars, ramps, and improved lighting to prevent falls and allow seniors to age safely in their homes.

Coming Fall 2026

Older Adult Homelessness Initiative: GHF is launching a state-of-the-art program to address the rapidly growing crisis of older adult homelessness in our region. This innovative program will provide housing navigation, emergency shelter, and wraparound services for seniors experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

Georgetown Health Foundation is a grantmaking organization. We do not provide direct services but fund partner nonprofits who do. Our role is to connect you with the right resources and ensure funding flows to organizations serving our community.
